The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) has officially opened the Clay Community Transportation Green Line, which expands access for rural residents to the Middleburg Veterans Affairs Clinic.
The Green Line is the fourth route introduced through Clay Community Transportation, a partnership between the JTA and Clay County.
